We Are HIRING
HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT CHIEF SAFETY OFFICER (CSO) -
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor company-wide safety policies & procedures
Ensure compliance with OSHA, Factories Act, and other statutory regulations
Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations
Lead safety training, drills, and awareness programs
Collaborate with management to integrate safety into all operations
Oversee emergency preparedness and response plans
Required Experience
Bachelor's/Master's in Safety, Engineering, or related field.
Familiarity with footwear development, materials, and commercialization
8+ years' experience in industrial safety management (manufacturing preferred)
Strong knowledge of EHS regulations & risk management
Safety certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, Industrial Safety Diploma)
